Bubbly lemonade from cascara, the coffee cherry pulp. Surprisingly, the cascara does not taste like coffee, but has a rather fruity aroma. The cascara is between tea and coffee: it comes from the coffee tree, contains 4-8 times less caffeine, but is traditionally dried and infused like a "tea". Very rich in antioxidants, Cascara has an ORAC value of 343900, being on the 4th place in the world in the list of superfoods. P>
